KEANU Reeves’ band Dogstar are back together and heading out on the road with a new European tour.
The action star, best known for John Wick and Speed, initially joined the band back in 1992 as their bassist.

Completed by lead vocalist and guitarist Brett Domrose and drummer Robert Mailhouse, Dogstar haven’t performed in the UK in over 25 years.
Their last UK show was at Glastonbury Festival in 1999.
But that’s about to change after they reunited in 2023 to make new music, releasing a new album, Somewhere Between The Power Lines and Palm Trees, as a result.
They will be heading out on tour across the continent to promote the release, starting in Madrid, Spain at the end of May.
On June 18th, they’ll be arriving in UK, performing at Manchester’s New Century Hall.
The next day they’ll be heading down to London to perform at the O2 Kentish Town forum.
The band were together for 10 years, releasing albums Our Little Visionary and Happy Ending before breaking up in 2002.
However, they reconnected in 2020 as a result of talking to each other through the Covid-19 quarantine, and then started jamming again, later deciding to reform properly.
Their comeback show was a set at Bottlerock Napa Valley festival in May last year.
Speaking to Billboard, Domrose explained of their break-up: “It just organically happened. There was never a big blowout, like, ‘I’m never talking to you again! ’ We took a break and it was a really long break.”
However, it seems their reunion was a happy one – and soon they were back to their old ways of creating new material.
Reeves told the outlet: “We played the catalog songs, and then we can’t help it — we just started writing.
“I missed playing together, I missed writing together, I missed doing shows together. It’s something I’ve always missed. Once we started to play, and it felt good, and really positive and creative, that’s when it was like, ‘Okay, let’s make this happen.'”
